Return & Refund Policy

We keep returns simple and practical for everyday apparel orders.

30-day return window

Eligible items may be returned within 30 days after delivery. Return requests made after this window may not be accepted.

Return condition

Returned items should be unworn, unwashed, unused and in their original condition, with original packaging and tags when applicable.

Final sale items

Clearance, promotional and multi-pack items may be final sale and cannot be returned unless the item received is defective, damaged or incorrect.

How to start a return

Email support@vohink.com with your order number, the item you want to return and the reason for the request. We will review the request and provide the next steps.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item is received and inspected. Bank or payment-provider processing time may vary.

Exchanges

Exchanges may be supported when eligible items and replacement inventory are available. If the requested replacement is unavailable, we may recommend a return or another available option.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible with photos of the item, package and shipping label so we can help resolve the issue.
