Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping at Vohink. This Shipping Policy explains how warehouse-direct apparel orders are processed and delivered after purchase.

Processing time

Most orders are prepared within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. During high-volume clearance periods, processing may take a little longer.

Estimated delivery

Estimated delivery is usually 7–15 business days after shipment. Delivery timing depends on the destination, carrier handling, customs review, weather and other circumstances outside our control.

Shipping cost

Shipping is US$7.99. Orders over US$29.00 qualify for free shipping.

Shipping areas

We currently ship to selected international destinations, including the United States, Canada, Mexico, Australia, New Zealand, the United Kingdom and selected European markets. Available shipping options are shown at checkout.

Order tracking

When tracking is available, we will send tracking details to the email address used at checkout. Tracking updates may take 24–72 hours to appear after the carrier receives the package.

Incorrect address

Please check your shipping address before placing an order. If an address is incomplete or incorrect, delivery may be delayed or the package may be returned by the carrier.
